Mr Johnson,
I know that work sucks and get stressed is something easy to happen, but you should know that it can't interfere in your health. You must start a healthy routine.
Whenever you have trouble to sleep, don't get up, stay in bed. Before go to bed drink some milk or take a shower, it can help you to sleep better. Workout is a good thing and do exercises is healthy, but remember one thing: exercise just what your body can take, don't overdo it.
Your doctor is right when he says that you will get a back condition, because you must sleep more, even eight hours a day.
Get stressed can worse your health too. There are many diseases that come with the stress. So, you should relax when you arrive home because your home have to be a place to scape from the problems of work, school, etc.

well, I guess I'm the only who writes here.
I'm trying to do this blog a comfortable place to express our ideas and talk about everything.
Anyway...
It's sunday, I hate sundays... not because tomorrow is monday, but sunday's a sad and dark day. Nothing to do, no one works on sundays, the supermarkets are closed on sundays. ¬¬
It's 00:05AM and I dont wanna sleep cuz I have a lot of homeworks to do. Math, history and sociology. :/

Parent's home. By: Ana P.

Live with our parent's home after a long time is a stupid and lazy thing. People live for a longer peiod in their parent's house because mostly they have laziness to have new responsabiities and commitment with serious things.
I know that is complicated to find a job, get money, find a house and manage it, but when we really want to do something, thinking that it's important to us, we can do it and we find ways to dio it.
I think that someday in our life we have to do something for ourselves and by ourselves.
Our parents have to relax once more.

THE MARRIAGE by: Anderson P.

Marriage today has been derided by some people and it has left me confused. Before, marriage was something serious, had love , had responsibility and what we see today is the neglect of what marriage means. People marry and end up at any time, change their husband or wife as one changes clothes. I think everyone should pay closer attention and think "oh, is this person that I want to spend the rest of my life?" When you meet someone who loves you, consider this question and choose wisely.

Text 'bout marriage, by Ana P.

Lately, two (or more) people get marry just because fell in love with each other. This is a stupid and reckless attitude. We have to look at a lot of aspects before get together with a person. We must think in the future, what can happen with our life and if the marriage will harm our life. Get marry isn’t just to get together with someone. We’ll lose our freedom in many ways, like we’ll get freedom in other ways.
For example, I have a boyfriend and I’m in love with him, but I won’t marry him just because I love him. I know I have a lot of things to do before. I have to finish my high school, I have to find a job, I’m going to start at college and I want enjoy my life before get marry.
I won’t say that “just dumb people get marry”, because it’ll be a lie. I agree that get marry with responsibility and form a family isn’t a bad idea if you have terms.
Anyway, sometimes rules aren’t valid, and follow them isn’t too cool. But we have to take care ourselves, and if we don’t give a damn, we might do a big mistake.
Well, this is my opinion, people can disagree. But, I also think that when we do everything well, without mistakes, we don’t learn. People have to make mistakes to learn in life. So, if you want to get marry with your partner, do it! We all can die tomorrow.
